The author goes through a number of different strategies that can help you identify your most important tips to save you money. This book pulls together, in one place, many ways to save money, including online savings tips, food/groceries, home expenses, healthcare, electronics, entertainment, and travel. This makes it easy to jump straight to any area you want to save money in. Readers of this book will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of financial stability and learn how improving their financial situation can positively influence their mental, emotional, and physical health. One of my favorite parts of this book is the spreadsheets in the last chapter. I was able to print them off from my kindle version and use them immediately. I wish there had been a book like this when I was growing up and learning how to manage my money. The author Suzette Wheeler has done a lot of research to put this book together. She breaks down these chapters and makes them easy to understand and follow. You can read straight through or skip around to the different chapters. I really enjoyed this book. I think it's a great resource and others will find it interesting.
